In the case of cancellation by a participant, a charge of 50% of the full fee shall be imposed.
We sometimes find it necessary to change the dates on which a training course is offered or to cancel a course. Vose Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training courses due to low enrollment. In the event of a date change or cancellation, we will contact registrants at the earliest opportunity. If a course is canceled, we will promptly issue a refund for the cost of the course. Vose Consulting assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable travel arrangement losses resulting from course scheduling changes or cancellations.
