ModelRisk License Versions
ModelRisk is offered in three editions:

ModelRisk for Insurance and Finance Professional Edition
- ModelRisk for Insurance and Finance Standard Edition
All editions are available under several different licensing schemes.
- Perpetual License: The perpetual license never expires, can be installed on a single computer and is intended for a single user. A maintenance contract is required for access to technical support, bug fixes and upgrades. The first year of maintenance is included with the initial license fee.
- Trial License: Trial licenses are fully functional for 30 days and include access to technical support, bug fixes and upgrades during the trial. Trial licenses are available for download from http://www.vosesoftware.com/modelrisk_download.htm.
- Subscription License: A one year license which includes access to technical support, bug fixes and upgrades during life of the license.
- Faculty License: A one year license which includes access to bug fixes and upgrades during life of the license. Must be a full-time faculty of staff at an academic institution. Verification of academic status is required. Faculty License is intended only for teaching and research purposes and may not be used for commercial work.
- Lab License: A one year license which includes access to technical support, bug fixes and upgrades during the life of the license. Verification of academic status is required. Lab Licenses are intended for computer teaching labs, only for teaching and research purposes and may not be used for commercial work.
- Student License: A one year license which includes access to bug fixes and upgrades during the life of the license. Verification of academic status is required. Student License is intended only for academic purposes and may not be used for commercial work.
- Textbook License: 90 license for the ModelRisk for Insurance and Finance Professional Edition which provides access to bug fixes and upgrades during the life of the license. Included with the purchase of “Risk Analysis: A Quantitative Guide, 3rd Edition” by David Vose.
