ModelRisk Maintenance Plan
Maintenance Plan:
- Vose Software offers maintenance plans for licensed users of ModelRisk. Maintenance entitles a licensee to unlimited technical support, version upgrades and bug fix patch releases while the plan is active.
- Benefits of active maintenance:
- Free upgrades and updates for the licensed edition of ModelRisk.
- Free Unlimited Technical Support covering:
- Installation and operation.
- Error and bug resolution.
- Limited model building assistance.
- Technical support is available via phone, email and web during hours designated on our technical support web page.
Definitions:
- Edition
- An edition of ModelRisk is the application of the ModelRisk framework to a specific industry or field. For example, the first edition of ModelRisk is ModelRisk for Insurance and Finance. There may be new editions of ModelRisk such as ModelRisk for Food Safety.
- Version
- Every edition of ModelRisk will have a current version number indicating the most recent release of the software.
Pricing and Terms:
- Professional, Network, Enterprise and Site licenses include one year of free maintenance from the date of purchase.
- Maintenance may be renewed annually for a fee of 22% of the list price (including volume discounts) for the customer’s current license configuration.
- Assumes the customer’s maintenance agreement is current.
- If the customer’s maintenance is out of date, the customer must bring the maintenance up-to-date from the expiration of the last plan. The new plan will expire on the next anniversary of the original license purchase.
- Subscription, Textbook, Trial, Faculty and Student Licenses include maintenance while the license is active.
- Not intended for providing major assistance in building or de-bugging models or for in-depth training on the use of ModelRisk.
- Does not provide for free upgrades to new or different editions of ModelRisk.
- Subject to the End User License Agreement of the appropriate edition of ModelRisk.
- None of the above benefits are available to licensees without an active maintenance plan.
