Please review our return policy before purchasing any of Vose Consulting’s Software products.
Vose Consulting offers a detailed description of its software. Therefore, it is assumed that the buyer has reviewed his/her product of choice and is satisfied with its quality before effecting actual purchase of said product. If you have not tried our free evaluation demonstration, please do so before purchasing any of our products. With knowledge of the above, no refund/return request should be solicited by the buyer/user on such basis. All software is non-refundable. We will, of course, nonetheless review return/refund requests on defective software. Vose Consulting guarantees the quality all its software products listed on this Web site. Therefore, if your product is defective in any way, it can be replaced with another version of the same software, at no extra charge to the user. Please send all return/refund requests to  , as well as your reason for such request. A reply will be sent to you after it has been determined whether a return/refund is necessary. If it is determined that your product is defective, you must return the product with its original packaging and documentation to qualify for a refund. Packing the product to ensure an undamaged return is your responsibility. All returned products must be undamaged. Once we receive the defective software, a new version of the software you purchased will be sent to you.
Courses
Vose Consulting is fully committed to providing the highest quality courses. We solicit feedback from all course participants to help us improve their learning experience. If we do not meet a participant’s expectations, Vose Consulting may offer this participant a free new course. Vose Consulting offers an 80% credit for cancellations six weeks prior to a course start date, and a 50% credit for cancellations between three and six weeks prior to a course start date. Credited amounts can be redeemed against any other Vose Consulting course.
